Nice work bro, you still have a whole room for improvement but i can see you're going in a nice direction, maybe if you use your textures to resalt the objects forms (like the roundness of the face, the sharpness of the nose, etc..) you did it in the hand. The rest is just anatomy studies and and doing cleaner shapes in the design (the hair has almost no direction), but overall is a nice work, keep going!!.
